From the graphic standards manual:

Few things are more important to a company, or a church in this case, than its name. A good name can make a brand; a poor name can create tremendous hurdles. A name can signal greatness, or it can send the wrong message to the community. The name Trinity has been been identified throughout our community with leadership, faith and strength. A logo was needed that would stand with our name as we grow and serve in this new century. Our name and logo accurately portrays to the community who we are and what we do.

The logo has a clean, fresh look that signals that we are progressive and growing and that we look to our future as we learn from our past. At the heart of the logo is a trinity which represents the father, the son and the holy spirit. The stylized trinity symbol is made of three fish which are inspired from Matthew 4:19-20 (NIV), “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.” At once they left their nets and followed him. The heads of the three fish combine to form one and the one eye represents a unified vision. The “trinity fish” have been placed in a round holder that suggests a stained glass window such as the one in the sanctuary.

Pack 95 Homewood Website

My son’s Cub Scout Pack needed a better way to communicate with the parents and other leaders. Email is used but there was not a central location for all things. We could have developed a typical website but that usually involves having someone who knows a lot about html and css. People are coming and going in the pack so I decided to use WordPress. This has been a great solution and once it was setup other leaders could get involved an post their own events using WordPress’ menus.
